Depending on volume, prices range from $8-$12 per mask and masks are available in 5, 10, 50 or 150-case packs with ties or elastic straps. The masks are washable, dryable and reusable for multiple uses. One size fits most adults.
Monterey Mills, based in Janesville, WI, is the largest knitting operation of its kind in North America. In the face of the Covid-19 crisis, we have shifted our manufacturing capacity to create a textile construction providing a safe washable/reusable barrier mask alternative to N95 masks. These masks can be used independently or in conjunction with N95 masks. The masks have been tested, approved, ordered and re-ordered by the largest hospital systems in the nation, as well as multiple Fortune 500 Businesses.
Our 3-Ply barrier masks are Made in the North America and utilize a spun bond, non-woven liquid repellent material, a special air filtration media and a soft, comfortable cotton fabric. These 3-layers of protective barriers prevent large particle droplets, splashes, sprays, splatters and harmful airborne particles (viral and bacterial) from reaching your nose or mouth.
The masks have been tested through an infectious disease regimen, subjected to washings at 170 degrees, and passed with high reviews at multiple state and national health systems.
Because our masks are washable and re-usable, they are an ideal choice for hospital employees and businesses that have been deemed essential businesses. In high risk situations, they can be paired with N95 masks extending their life and in less threatening environments, used by themselves. They can be cleaned in industrial or home washing machines and reused the next day.
